This course (Level I)
allows each of the participating women to uncover their true value and inner strength, to re-connect with their inner light and the inner girl that seeks guidance and liberation from old traps or insecurities.
The process of healing and empowering the feminine will go hand-in-hand with creating sacred homemade dolls from natural and readily available materials and with story-telling which was used as a great tool in Slavic ancient traditions by women to maintain health and harmony within themselves and in their families and communities.
From birth to old age every person goes through a various important stages of their psychological, spiritual and physical development, and to go through these steps consciously and smoothly, our ancestors performed specific rituals or age initiations. To go through the age initiations was important for a woman’s physical and psychological health, formation of healthy families and to establish harmonious relationships with the men and women close to her. Slavic women would use the craft of doll making during those stages and also for other critical times to “communicate” with the present strong energies, and balance and use them in a constructive way.
In the classroom all women
will learn the craft and make a few dolls related to specific events in their life including birth and the first year of life because those events are setting the “scenario” of a person’s life.
Creating dolls helps to release the unspoken pain or dark thoughts that connect their maker to the past. You will re-live the life moments where your energy might be trapped and work with it consciously under professional guidance and supervision, and as a result, you will feel freer and more ease in the heart and body. Other dolls will be made to help a woman in setting new intentions and feel the power of being a creator of her own reality.
To share the powerful method of Slavs for healing and transformation
and to support and empower women, Katerina Hmelkova is traveling from Russia to USA.
Katerina is a transformational coach and therapist, story-teller, singer and the Slavic Doll Craft Master with an extensive experience in working with birth trauma and various family imprinted programs.
She uses Doll-Therapy and Fairytale-Therapy, as well many new progressive psychotherapy techniques like Therapy Rapid Transformation (TRT) and methods of Spiritual integrations. She has been trained as a practitioner of the ancient Slavs since 2014.

Since 2011 she has studied new progressive psychotherapy techniques such as symbolic simulation, Talpis Therapy, Therapy Rapid Transformation (RPT), and other techniques. In 2013, she graduated from the School of Coaching (720 hours of practice for six months). Since 2014 she has been trained as a practitioner of ancient Slavic traditions.
In 2016 she was trained in Spiritual integrations.
