Breathing is a simple, but profound tool for energy restoration and inner transformation. 

This workshop is an introduction to QiGong and The Art of Natural Breathing that both use breath as a tool for healing on all levels – body, mind & spirit.

In this workshop you will EXPLORE a few simple Qi-Gong movements to stimulate your body and brain and have more clarity and flexibility after a busy day. You will practice “dantien” breathing which is relaxed inhales and exhales into the major energy centres in the body. This breathing is connected with the movements and allows the body to let go the tension and recharge the energy resources.  

You will also learn and EXPERIENCE The Art of Natural Breathing (one of the 50+ breathwork modalities)  that clears out physical, mental and emotional blocks or stresses.

The technique bypasses the limits of age, intellect and language and is rooted in the ancient practice of circular, connected breathing that has been used in ancient traditions around the world, for thousands of years, for healing and attaining higher states of consciousness.
