I prefer to work with people one-one-one in order to give an individual attention and help my clients to achieve the best results out of their QiGong practice.

This package allows you right away to get an individual attention and valuable information about the specifics of QiGong exercises. It is especially helpful for people who are dealing with life threatening diseases or chronic conditions or recovering from surgeries or injuries.

After almost two years of classes with Angela, I can honestly say she has gone from ‘Great’ to ‘Better than Great!’ She uses a variety of music and movements in every class—always a solid warm-up and meditation time. She understands the Taoist, earth-based philosophy behind QG and traditional Chinese health practices –yet does not press them on students. She shares honestly from her soul about her own personal journey with healing, raising children, helping her family still in Ukraine. Angela teaches a remarkable combination of relaxing movements in her classes. She always starts with a fun, safe, energizing warm-up that is rarely the same. The music and focus shifts after twenty minutes to practicing a QG form. She models well, she offers good verbal and hands on guidance. She teaches with a good combination of repetition, and trying different ways of describing movements to help students take in the instruction. The meditation-integration ending of her classes is also varied such that in a non-rote way, closure is well accomplished. Many teachers let this important part of classes slide. She is experienced in breath work and keeps the class aware of the movement and breath—very important for body safety and mental relaxation. She balances verbal guidance with silence; exact instruction with individual interpretation. She instructs in a positive way to show students what ‘to do’ without emphasizing what is being ‘done wrong.’ One example of lessons that carry beyond class is not extending my body weight too far over my knee. That not only protects my knee, but also has become a reminder not to over extend in other aspects of my life. Angela is a spunky, humble and delightfully accomplished Qigong teacher. The QiGong classes I’ve attended with Angela help me to visualize a ball of energy and the colors of that energy ball moving from the top of my head down to my feet. I believe QiGong is truly a hidden gem of this day and age. Angela is a life-changing teacher! For reference, I have been practicing yoga for many years and working as a yoga studio manager/yoga teacher for about three years.
